ERDA is managed by a Managing Committee of eighteen elected members from amongst the members, which exercises its authority through the President and Vice President elected by them. The Managing committee also consists of nominees of CSIR and Govt. of Gujarat, besides eminent persons from the Industry, utilities and government organizations are co-opted as members of the managing committee.
