Measurement
Uncertainties in Testing & Calibration” on
Introduction
Quality of a
product is assessed by measuring certain parameters.
No measurement is perfect. There
is always some amount of uncertainty associated with any measurement.
It is very essential, therefore to know the various contributing factors
and their extent of contribution to the final value of measuring parameter.
Knowledge of uncertainty is mandatory for all testing and calibration
activities as per NABL, Dept. of Science and Technology, Govt. of India norms.
ERDA is
organising a one-day training course on “Measurement
