Desirable – Full Time 2 years MBA degree in Marketing Management

(First Class and Above only)

05 Experience     (Minimum 1 to Maximum 10 Years)

1.   Worked in Electrical / Power Equipment Manufacturing / Service Organisation / Power Plant / Process Plant

2.   Should be able to visit 15-20 days in a month to outstations within his territory ( Rajasthan Market)

3.   Direct Customer dealing and business / lead generation experience with Rajasthan Utilities (mainly DISCOMs) is must

4.   Should be well versed with Tendering Activity (Online as well as Offline)

5.   Should have fluency in Gujarati , Hindi and English language.

06 Key Responsibilities & Skills required
1.   To generate in-house testing business of Distribution Transformer, Energy Meter, Cable, Insulator, Switchgear, Conductor , Transformer Oil, CRGO etc. from utilities of Rajasthan and other industries for approx. Rs. 5 Cr. per year . He also has to promote  business of Energy Audit, Power System Study, Mechanical and Electrical Diagnostics business from Power and Process Plants of Rajasthan and other regions as allotted to him .

2.   To make new ERDA Members and to generate new customers from this region.

3.   To organise  customer meet / Presentation / Workshop etc. in his region to key customer segments.

4.   To promote ERDA’s brand image , acceptance and awareness to customers in his region.

5.   To generate Business opportunities , to prepare MIS ,  Making Presentation to customers , collect market information and co-ordination with Head Quarter at Vadodara.

6.   Coordination for tender activity (online as well as offline mode) for various jobs across Rajasthan and nearby region.

KRA’s

 

1. Business Generation of at least Rs. 5 Cr. from Testing and Evaluation, Field Services and R&D & Expert Services.

2. Creation of 10 nos. new Members and 15 nos. new customers from his region in first year of operation.

3. To organise  6 nos. customer meet / Presentation / Workshop etc. in industrial region of Rajasthan to key customers.

4. Collection of Old outstanding payments from their region.

Technical Skills:

 

1.   In depth knowledge of  Business Development of Testing of Electrical Equipment  in DISCOMS, TRANSCO and GENCOS.

2.   Knowledge of any Electrical Equipment testing / specification , Codes shall be advantageous.

3.   Knowledge of Field services e.g on-site testing, Energy Audit, Electrical and Mechanical Diagnostics, Power Systems study, Harmonics analysis etc. are desirable.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skill.

3. To work under pressure and in demanding situation.

IT Skills:

 

1.   Good Knowledge of MS Word , EXCEL and Power Point  presentation is must .

2.   Working knowledge on ERP ( Microsoft  Dynamics NAV Preferred) and CRM Module is preferred.
