Position Manager – Industrial Relation
Location Makarpura, Vadodara
Employment Type Fixed Term Employment on ERDA Rolls for 03 Years
Qualification Master Degree in HR / IR / PM / or MSW / MLW / MBA / MHRM / PGDHRM / LLB
Experience Description 1.   Independently handing all IR related aspects like issuance of Showcase / Memo, Internal enquiries, etc

2.   Attending conciliation meeting with various Government Authorities.

3.   Attending various litigation matters in court.

4.   Ensuring all Statutory compliances for ERDA.

5.   All Administrative activities like Security, Gardening, Housekeeping, Canteen, Guest House etc.

6.   Lesioning with various Government authorities.

7.   Insurance Mgmt.

Key Responsibilities 1.   Administering all Housekeeping, Security, Gardening, Canteen, Time Office for pan India all offices.

2.   Independently managing all Union related matters and its communications.

3.   Liasioning with various government authorities.

4.   Statutory compliances for ERDA and all its offices .

5.   Contract Labour Management.

6.   Responsible for Insurances for ERDA.

7.   Organizing all events for ERDA.

Key Result Areas (KRA’s) 1. Union Management

2. Administration for ERDA (all labs and offices)

3. Statutory compliances.

4. Event Management for various celebrations and meetings.

5. All Group Insurance for ERDA.

6. All Legal aspects and attending courts w.r.t. Litigations

Skills required to perform above job effectively Technical :

1.   Working knowledge of all Labour Laws incl. New Labour Codes.

2.   LTS with Union.

3.   Disciplinary Procedures.

4.   Excellent Drafting skills required in Gujarati and English w.r.t  employee related all communications like Showcase, Memo, Absconding etc.

5.   Good command on  English, Hindi and Gujarati language is mandatory
