2.Supervision and planning of activities related to electrolyser laboratory 3.Completion of activities within timeline, Interaction with different stakeholders for timely project execution 4.Carry out testing, evaluation and research in Electrolyser field. 5.Literature survey for new research topics, Preparation of research proposal and submission to funding agencies, Execution of Expert services and Research projects, Preparation of technical papers and technical reports for R&D projects. |

| 8. | Experience Description | (Minimum 4 years to maximum 8+ years)
1. Professional experience in a process industry, R&D laboratory, power plant, or a facility involved with gas handling and testing. 2. Direct experience with high-pressure systems, hazardous gases (especially hydrogen or similar flammable gases), and process control systems (SCADA/DCS/PLC) is highly desirable. 3. Proven experience in test planning, data analysis, and report generation. 4. Atleast 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity. 5.Knowledge of following in addition to above listed will be an added advantage: Electrolyser and Fuel cell – working, types, various parameters, tests, relevant standard, safety requirements etc. |
