ERDA Rolls Out 5S Training Across the Organization
ERDA has launched a comprehensive, organization-wide 5S Training Program (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) for all employees, scheduled from 23rd November to 31st December 2025.
This initiative is a strategic step toward strengthening our culture of Operational Excellence. Through the 5S methodology, we aim to enhance workplace safety, eliminate waste, and significantly improve productivity across all ERDA facilities.
This marks a crucial move in our journey toward achieving world-class operational standards.
